Dear God…we pray today not for party but for partnership, not for power but for peace, not for privilege but for purpose, not for a President but for your presence as we present the activity of our hearts, minds, souls and bodies to you on this election day. Help us to cast our hopes and prayers upon you as we cast our votes for a more perfect union in these yet to be United States of America. May your will for our lives provide the guidance that we need to live as one nation under God, indivisible and with liberty and justice for all.
