Holy One, Anxiety about this election and the future of our country may be swirling around us at this moment. Many of us have worked hard hosting events, doing standouts, writing hundreds of postcards, making phone calls, knocking on doors, sending texts. Some of us remember a time when free, fair, and peaceful elations were taken for granted in our country, as well as the ability to listen and talk with each other across our differences. Today we pray for a return to civility and respect. And mostly we pray for peace today and in the coming days.. In the name of the Prince of Peace, Amen
