Charles Buck (Appointed Member, United Church Funds) is President and CEO of United Church Funds. He is an ordained minister of the United Church of Christ, having served as local church pastor in Northern California and Hawai`i, as well as conference minister in Hawai`i and New Hampshire. Born in San Francisco, he graduated from the University of California at Berkeley, earned his Masters of Divinity from San Francisco Theological Seminary, and holds a Ph.D. in historical musicology from Stanford University. He is married to Susan, and they have two adult children, Matthew and Sara.
