Get ready for PRIDE in Cleveland: Love is Louder!

Embrace the fullness of God’s love for all — that’s the message from United Church of Christ General Minister and President Rev. Karen Georgia Thompson in a recorded greeting she made to invite all to celebrate Pride in Cleveland with the UCC in June.

“We’re so excited to be in partnership with our Heartland Conference and Living Water Association for this celebration of Cleveland Pride as one body of Christ,” said Rev. Rachael Ward, team lead & minister for UCC Gender & Sexuality Justice Ministries. The celebration will kick off with the Cleveland Pride parade at 10 a.m. Eastern on Saturday, June 1. Congregations can sign up to march here.

Then worship in-person or virtually at a special Love is Louder: Love Your Neighbor Out Loud Pride Worship June 2, held at Pilgrim Congregational United Church of Christ at 6:30 p.m. Eastern. Thompson invites all to join.

Those looking to express their Pride can purchase a Love is Louder t-shirt to support congregations seeking to begin a discretionary fund focusing on the care of LGBTQIA+ siblings. Purchase your shirt today!
