Then Let Us Sing! is a new online hymnal and music resource developed by the United Church of Canada for release in fall 2024. The Education Justice, and Ethos (EJE) sub-committee works to create strong theological criteria and rubric for music selection and edits from an anti-oppression, anti-colonial lens — including an ethical framework for copyright. Members of the sub-committee, including UCC Minister of Worship and Theology, Cheryl Lindsay, discuss the process and impact of the theological and ethical commitments in the development of this resource.
