Spirit of the Living God and the Resurrected Christ,
Today we pray for the wounded healers across the globe. Your beloveds who show up again and again, even when things feel like they’re falling apart. Those who trust their communities to care for them as they care for others. People who, in the midst of crisis, stand rooted in Your love & mercy. We give thanks for those moved to action, without having it all figured out; those who are open about their pain and still boldly proclaim a vision of radical love and equity for your Kindom.
May we all be so courageous as our wounded healers.
Amen.
-Kearstin Bailey, Cleveland, OH
