Living Psalm 119:1-8 – Epiphany 6A
Living Psalms Book
Psalms in the form of words and art, reborn in the specific contexts of our world, privileging the voices of historically marginalized communities and those acting in solidarity with them.
The Glories of Creator’s Teachings
Joyful are those who walk the paths of good choices who follow the teachings of the Creator.
Joyful are those who search for Grandfather’s wisdoms with their whole
being and do not stray into unwholesome ways.
You have directed your commandments to be faithfully followed.
O grant that my steps may be sacred to Mother Earth.
That we, your people are devoted to caring for Turtle Island and its traditions.
We will share our gratitude with the voices of all your creatures as we honour your directives and teach them to our next seven generations.
I will respect your knowledge, do not turn your back on me and walk away in your moccasins.
Meegwetch. All My Relations.
