Who may abide in your sacred spaces, O God?
Must I walk blamelessly and always do what’s right?
Must I be perfect in the manner in which I live?

Instead, you ask that we speak our truth, our authenticity from the depths of our souls-
That we live in kindness by speaking graciously with our tongues
And treat friend and stranger equally.

You ask that our neighbors know only love from our hearts and hands.
We stand by our covenants with our entire minds and souls,
And strive for economic justice throughout our world.

Through faithfulness, we build your realm of equity-
Of care for the ones who hurt,
Of inclusion for our marginalized siblings,
And of justice for all disenfranchised people.

Through our ways of living,
As we craft your realm of equity, justice, and love,
All of us will find our peace in your presence.
