Living Psalms Book
Psalms in the form of words and art, reborn in the specific contexts of our world, privileging the voices of historically marginalized communities and those acting in solidarity with them.

O Great Spirit hear my voice from where I stand.
Bend yourself to listen to me, give voice to my pleas.
If you called us out in our straying from the good path
we would be unable to stand upright.
Your heart is gentle with our wrongdoings
and we look to you with reverence.
I pause as my Spirit rests for your words
and nudges with hope and expectations.
I wait attentively
closer than those who watch for the dawn,
who watch for the sunrise.
All Nations, teachings come from Creator
with love to the next seven generations,
for guidance onto the greatest path
free from tribulations and straying feet.
We walk hand in hand together along the way.
All my relations, amen.
