Do I report online and in person worship separately?
Yes! These are measured in different ways and also need to be reported in different locations. In person worship is reported in the Data Hub and virtual worship is reported in the Supplemental Survey.

Why can’t I report online worship attendance in the Data Hub?
The Data Hub does not currently have the capacity to record this data. This will require an upgrade to the system. CARDD expects to capture this data directly in the Data Hub in the future.

How do I ensure my church’s online worship attendance is properly reported?
Online worship is reported in the Supplemental Survey. Enter your church’s identifying information in this survey. This will ensure your data is accurately connected to your church.
